As part of our commitment to providing a secure and seamless subscription experience, Tabula has partnered with Stripe, a leading online payment processing platform. This collaboration ensures that managing your subscription is straightforward and secure, from initial sign-up to any subsequent adjustments you may wish to make.
Activating your Team Plan in Tabula
Upon clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button, you will be redirected to the Stripe platform to complete your purchase.
On the Account page, go to the Plans tab and click Select Team.
You will be asked to name your team. Remember that team names must be unique.
Afterwards, you will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal. Depending on whether you have had a Solo subscription before or if you are choosing a subscription for the first time, you may need to pre-authorize Stripe using your email address.
Select the number of seats for your team. This will determine how many users can access Tabula. The minimum number of seats available in the Team plan is 3.

Important: Removing a Team Member
We Before you can decrease the number of paid seats in your Stripe subscription, you must first remove the user from your team on the 'Account' page. Here's how:
Navigate to the 'Members' page in your account settings.
Locate the member you wish to remove and click on the 'Remove access' button beside their name.
Confirm the removal.
Please ensure you've correctly removed the team member(s) before adjusting your subscription seats in Stripe to avoid any billing discrepancies.
Important: Before Downgrading to the Solo Plan
If you're considering switching from your current Team Plan to a Solo Plan, please be aware that you'll lose access to cloud-based features. These features include cloud storage of your documents and the ability to share flows with team members for collaboration.
To ensure you don't lose any of your work, please follow these steps before downgrading:
Go to the 'Designer' section within your account.
Export all flows you wish to keep from our cloud storage onto your device.
Verify that all desired documents are safely downloaded and accessible locally.
Downgrading to a Solo Plan will restrict your access to cloud storage and collaborative features, leaving you with your local documents only.
Please make sure to complete this process to avoid any loss of your valuable work.
