Step-by-Step Instructions

Activating Solo Plan and setup credits in Tabula

1. Access the Account & Preferences Page

  1. Login to your account in the Tabula application

  2. Navigate to the "Account" section in the left-hand menu bar

2. Select Your Plan

On the "Account & Preferences" page, you will see a section titled "1. Select Plan." Here you can choose from different subscription plans for individuals and teams.

- Community: Free plan with limited features, for 1 user. (Coming soon)

- Solo: for individuals or very small teams, includes additional features

- Team: for teams with 3 users included, additional users cost $50/month

- Enterprise: Contact us for a customized plan for businesses with extensive data automation and BI needs

2.1 Choose Your Plan

Click the "Select" button under the plan that best suits your needs (e.g., "Select Solo" for the Solo plan)

3. Customize Your Plan

Under section "2. Customize your plan," adjust the number of credits you need for Sources and AI tokens.

3.1 Source Credits

Select the number of source credits you need by clicking on the corresponding option. The options range from 10K credits to 10M credits. If you need a different amount, you can select "Custom."

The cost will be added to your monthly subscription fee. For example, 10K source credits cost $10/month.

3.2 AI Credits

Similarly, choose the number of AI credits you require, ranging from 100K tokens to 100M tokens. You can also select the "Custom" option if necessary.

The cost will be added to your monthly subscription fee. For example, 3M AI tokens cost $40/month.

4. Review Your Selection

As you customize your plan, the application will display the summary of your selections and the total monthly cost at the bottom of the section.

For example, a Solo plan with 10K source credits and 1M AI tokens will cost $45/month.

5. Complete the Purchase

5.1 Payment Information

Upon purchasing the plan, the user will be notified that the charge will be processed immediately. Afterwards, they will be redirected to the Stripe portal, where they will be prompted to enter their credit card details or pay using another available method.

5.2 Confirm Payment

1. Enter your payment details in the Stripe portal. Ensure your payment method is valid and accepted by the application.

2. Complete the payment process as instructed by the Stripe portal, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment. Your tokens and subscription plan will be activated.

Activating your Team Plan in Tabula

Upon clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button, you will be redirected to the Stripe platform to complete your purchase.

  1. On the Account page, go to the Plans tab and click Select Team.

  1. Customize the number of team Seats and additional options such as Sources credits and AI credits. Credits apply to all team members.

  2. You will be asked to name your team. Remember that team names must be unique.

  1. If you had a Solo plan before upgrading to a Team subscription, the charge will be processed immediately using your previously entered payment method in Stripe. If you are purchasing a subscription for the first time, you will be redirected to the Stripe portal to enter your payment details.

  1. Continue to finalize your subscription by following the on-screen instructions.

Important: Removing a Team Member

Before you can decrease the number of paid seats in your plan, you must first remove the user from your team on the 'Account' page. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the 'Members' page in your account settings.

  2. Locate the member you wish to remove and click on the 'Remove access' button beside their name.

  1. Confirm the removal.

Please ensure you've correctly removed the team member(s) before adjusting your subscription seats to avoid any billing discrepancies.

Important: Before Downgrading to the Solo Plan

If you're considering switching from your current Team Plan to a Solo Plan, please be aware that you'll lose access to cloud-based features. These features include cloud storage of your documents and the ability to share flows with team members for collaboration.

To ensure you don't lose any of your work, please follow these steps before downgrading:

  1. Go to the 'Designer' section within your account.

  2. Export all flows you wish to keep from our cloud storage onto your device.

  1. Verify that all desired documents are safely downloaded and accessible locally.

Downgrading to a Solo Plan will restrict your access to cloud storage and collaborative features, leaving you with your local documents only.

Please make sure to complete this process to avoid any loss of your valuable work.

Billing and Token Allocation

Your monthly subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each billing period (one month).

Credits will be reset at the end of each period and a new allocation will be credited at the start of the next period. For example, if you subscribed to the Solo plan with 3M AI tokens, you will receive 3M new tokens at the beginning of each month along with the renewal of your Solo subscription.

Contact Support

If you encounter any issues or have questions about purchasing credits and subscriptions, please contact our support team by clicking the “Contact us” button under the Enterprise plan or through the help section in the app.
